For applicants for labour market training from Norway

NAV (The Labour and Welfare Administration) has something called the labour market programme. It is a programme that helps jobseekers enter the labour market. You who have reduced working capacity or are a jobseeker can apply to the programme. Also you who are employed can apply if your work situation is uncertain.

To be able to apply for a labour market course you must be at least 19 years old.

The application to the course, with employment certificates and other certificates, is to be sent to NAV. NAV has a supervisor at Utbildning Nord who decides whether you can take the course.
